Contains: vitamins C, A, B1, B6, PP, as well as folic acid, responsible for the immune system. Sour cherry contains such substances, as iron, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, copper, cobalt and potassium, as well as such organic acids, as citric, malic, succinic, etc.

What is it useful for: sour cherries are used as a means for the prevention of:

  • anemia,
  • some complications of arterial atherosclerosis,
  • diseases of the nervous and cardiovascular systems,
  • in the treatment of anemia.

Tart cherry is an excellent means of preventing some complications of atherosclerosis.

TART CHERRY

Who is not recommended to consume it: in individual intolerance, increased acidity of gastric juice, people suffering from diabetes, peptic ulcer, chronic inflammatory processes in the lungs, as well as those who are prone to diarrhea.

GOOSEBERRY

Contains: vitamins A, B1, B2, PP, E, C, P, folic acid, is rich in calcium, phosphorus, zinc, magnesium salts, especially rich in iron and potassium salts, and does not have an equal competitor by the copper content among berry bushes.

In addition, gooseberries contain molybdenum, which is required for the formation of hemoglobin, as well as a large amount of pectin and serotonin.

What is it useful for:

  • promotes normalization of the metabolism,
  • exerts cholagogic, diuretic and mild laxative activities,
  • prevents inflammatory processes in the bladder.

GOOSEBERRY

Who is not recommended to consume it: in stomach and duodenum ulcer in exacerbation phase, in enteritis and colitis, accompanied by diarrhea.

APPLE

Contains: vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, C, E, H, PP, potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, sodium, sulfur, phosphorus, aluminum, boron, iodine, manganese, fluorine, molybdenum and others elements.

Who is not recommended to consume it: patients with peptic ulcer of the stomach and gastritis with elevated acidity should not consume sour varieties of apples, and people with gastritis with the lowered acidity – should not consume sweet varieties of apples. If you suffer from colitis or urolithiasis, better eat pureed apples.

LET’S LOSE WEIGHT!

Day 1

Divide 500 g of tart cherries (pitted) / any other berries or 1.5 kg of apples / any other fruit into equal portions – by the number of meals.

Process berries into a puree, stew with water or eat fresh. You can oven bake the apples.

If you are very hungry, add 50 grams of black, and preferably bran bread or 50 grams of cheese. At that, the cheese should be eaten in the morning, and bread – in the second half of the day.

Day 2

Add 50 g of cheese (17-45%), 200-250 g of cottage cheese (1.5-5%, mixed with berries), curdled milk, fermented baked milk or yogurt (500 ml each) to berries or fruits.

IMPORTANT!

  1. Before you begin the weight loss diet on berries and fruits, consult a dietitian or a doctor.Mono diet (when you consume one product) has a number of contraindications:
  • not for children under 13-14 years old and adults after 60 years,
  • not for people with chronic diseases in the period of exacerbation.
  1. However, it does contribute to a fast weight loss of minus 2-3 kg in 2-3 days.The mono diet should be observed once in three months.
  2. It makes no sense to keep to it for more than three days, because our body needs proteins.
  3. Any spices and condiments are forbidden, including sugar and salt.
  4. The optimal number of meals is 4 to 6 meals a day, while possible interval between meals is 2.5 to 3 hours.
  5. The last meal is at 6 PM.
  6. Maintain the water-salt balance – drink daily 1.5 liters of water or green tea.
  7. To avoid caving in and to make the berry diet easier, add apple puree to the berries, without increasing the total portion size.
  8. Even if you only consumed berries and fruits for a few hours, you should discontinue this weight loss diet, If you notice:
  • painful or unpleasant sensations in the stomach,
  • weakness,
  • dizziness,
  • discomfort,
  • allergic reaction.

If you are not satisfied with the result, keep to the diet for the third day, according to the scheme of the second day. The effectiveness of the diet will increase, if you combine it with exercise. At least do the morning exercises. If you are focused on reducing the waist, abdomen or thigh size, the exercises should be designed for these parts of the body.
